Full Build | Part Build | Plot Only
This option is not too dissimilar to full build with a few key differences. Once you have chosen and customised your design, we would then construct your house to a preagreed stage of construction. This can be as flexible as you would like, from shell only i.e. complete externally with no work done on the internals of the house; to almost complete i.e. all work externally and internally with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom fitments. You choose just how much of the construction work you want to do yourself.
