This is a stunning, stylish design, with modern, clean lines and simple architectural forms. A prominent wall of glass, incorporating the double-doors of the entrance, provides an abundance of natural light to the open-plan, central core of the dwelling. Multi-fold doors in both the dining room and breakfast area provide wide clear openings onto the rear garden. In the middle of the kitchen/family/breakfast zone is the feature helical staircase, which winds upwards to the gallery and the five bedrooms, of which two have en-suite facilities. In addition are two further large public rooms and a triple garage attached by a pend.
This housetype is the sister to Designs D and E, all of which share the same floor plan layout, but each with its own dramatically different roof form.
